Capacity six overnight guest- We are now limiting our home to just 6 overnight guest. The home is three bedrooms and each bedroom has it's own bathroom.
There are about 45 homes in this private neighborhood and over half of them are occupied by full time residents. Many of these residents have retired to this community to enjoy the quiet, relaxing pace of life here. This is a great community to unwind, recharge and spend time with friends and family. If you are looking for a quiet, slow paced getaway to spend with friends and family this is the vacation spot for you. It is very important that renters are mindful and respectful of residents and community. This will help everyone enjoy this great and convenient spot on Lake Anna !
You will truly feel on vacation the minute you walk through the door and see the beautiful lake view from this cedar home. The huge deck is a great place to hang out with friends, or enjoy your morning coffee. The living room has a gorgeous stone fire place and newly renovated kitchen. This home features a winding staircase that leads to a large lower level bedroom that has a full bath and full-size washer and dryer. The two upstairs bedrooms are large and each has its own full bath. The driveway is large and has room for several cars.
Our house has a brand new high tech Culligan water filtration system with Infrared Sterilization. No funky strange smelling well water like some lake homes and truly beautiful crystal clear water. The community has it’s own private boat ramp, dock and swimming area with a small sand beach. The home is truly in one of the best locations in Lake Anna. Only one mile away from the Food Lion the home is on the same road as the Coyote Hole Cider Works. It's located near the middle of the (Public Side also called the cold side by some). For those of you who haven't been to Lake Anna don't let the name cold side fool you the water temperature is about 82-86 degrees in the summer on this side. The hot side of Lake Anna runs 14 degrees hotter. Great features of the public side are three restaurants you can go to by boat and several marinas where you can get gas. The hot side has no restaurants and no marinas to get gas.
Free Unlimited Fiber Optic WiFi and TV INFO
TV channels come from WIFI Streaming we use Hulu App for live TV. We also have Showtime. Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO . There is also a Blue Ray player and some DVDs and Redbox is available at the Food Lion 1 mile away.
Slips and Docks
Guests with boats and Jet Ski's can park them on the grass. See photos that shows the location. We have a private boat launch and docks, however they are not assigned and are on a fist come first serve basis for owners. The owners boats are on the main lake side and the slots available on the land side closer to the shore are best for guest. There are normally a few open but we can't guarantee you one. If none are available you will have to pull you water craft in and out. We also do not allow Jet Ski's to be parked in any docks they have to be put in and pulled out or tied to the anchor line in the swim area. Rent a Golf Cart-It's a fun way to get around our neighborhood and they will deliver it and pick it up at our house.

We have worked hard to be a premier partner and want our guest to have a great time but we also have had a few people who have taken advantage and abused our home, or worst lied to us so we want to be clear on the following rules. If you can't follow them then we are not the rental for you!
(1) Number of overnight guest- Don't say 4 adults and have 13. Yes we have had this happen and it will result in us charging you addition fees or guest having to leave. Our price is based on several factors that cost us money. Cleaning crews, trash removal, utilities and our linen service. Be upfront and honest with the number of guest you will have staying. We do check. Our maximum over night guest we allow is 6
Security Cameras - We have outside cameras. The neighborhood is extremely safe. These are mostly to be sure the cleaning crew and linen service and trash service have made it to the house when we have quick turn around rentals. They are also to be sure new guest have been able to gain access on check in. Two are pointed on the front driveway and entrance and the others are on the rear of the house. They record all the time for security.
Early Check in or Late Check Out is a $50 fee and has to be approved by the owner and will only be allowed when the schedule can handle it. We often have limited time to turn the property over for the next guest. We also reserve the right to cancel it should a reservation request for that date come in. (Since Covid 19 we are rarely able to do early or late checkins.
NO PETS- Means no pets. No exceptions. Please do not email us and ask us to make an exception. If you must bring your pet then we are not the rental for you.

Minimum rental of one night may be approved ,but only on Monday-Thursday rentals. Weekend rentals are a minimum of 2 nights. One day request approval is dependent on availability of our cleaning crew. Please contact us by message first before entering a one day booking request so I can check and see if they are available.
